ArbWeb/DART is a set of two collections.
ArbWeb is a collection of all contract grievance arbitration decisions and includes decisions from all bargaining units. The decisions can be easily searched and all decisions contain a synopsis for your convenience. Use the ArbWeb to learn how arbitrators have interpreted contract language and how to defend your actions in the grievance process.
DART (Disciplinary Arbitration Research Tool) is a collection of disciplinary arbitration decisions. Search DART to help write discipline charges and to learn how individual arbitrators have ruled on certain charges and why.
