About the Office of Employee Relations
The Office of Employee Relation’s (OER) mission is to support agencies in developing, coordinating, and implementing a comprehensive human resource management program in order to advance the performance of the State workforce. That mission consists primarily of four functional areas: (1) contract negotiations and administration; (2) legal matters; (3) administration of the labor-management committees; and (4) statewide training, employee development, and organizational consulting.
