Description
Ethical behavior is a fundamental value in New York State government. State employees are required to uphold the ethical integrity of their position. This course covers Public Officers Law §74, also known as the Code of Ethics, and is intended to prevent an individual from using their official position or authority to benefit themselves or another person. The training also covers New York State Public Officers Law §73 (Outside Activities) and provides guidance regarding your outside activities while under State employment.
