M/C Reimbursement Programs

Tuition Reimbursement Program (TRP)

M/C employees may now apply for reimbursement for qualifying expenses for courses or events that begin during the period April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025. Applications for courses or events that began on or after April 1, 2024, and ended prior to September 1, 2024, must be submitted or postmarked by December 1, 2024.

The updated guidelines for this year’s program can be found below. Please be advised that there are multiple changes to the program, including the application process.

Applicants can now submit reimbursement requests electronically, as well as monitor the status of your reimbursement request online. Select the Online Application Portal link below to logon.

Certification and Licensure Exam Fee Reimbursement (CLEFR) Program

M/C employees may now apply for reimbursement for qualifying expenses for exams that begin during the period April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025. Applications for courses or events that began on or after April 1, 2024, and ended prior to September 1, 2024, must be submitted or postmarked by December 1, 2024.

Public Service Workshops Program (PSWP)

Management/Confidential (M/C) can register for PSWP classes offered through the Public Service Workshops Program without restrictions.

A NYS employee in a Management/Confidential (M/C) clerical or secretarial title is eligible to attend Skills for Success courses in the interpersonal communication, math skills, work management, and writing skills categories, as space permits.
