Mandated Training
This program is designed to inform, educate, and train the New York State workforce. It is required training for NYS employees (full-time, part-time, and seasonal) in Executive Branch agencies.

| Language Access for Frontline Staff | Participants will review information on the importance of language access and how agencies implement Executive Order 26: Statewide Language Access Policy. | Employees who have direct contact with the public, and managers and supervisors of employees who have direct contact with the public. |
| NYS Right to Know Law | Participants will be advised of their rights to information about hazardous materials they may be exposed to in the workplace and will also be provided with information needed to work safely. | All New York State Executive Branch employees (full-time, part-time, and seasonal) and contractors |

| Gender Based Violence and the Workplace | Participants will learn about domestic and gender-based violence in the workplace, how to recognize possible signs, and appropriate responses including resource and referral information. | All NYS Executive Branch employees (full-time, part-time, seasonal) and contractors |
| Reasonable Accommodation Process for RA Designees and HR Professionals | Participants will learn how to apply New York State RA policy to ensure employees have the accommodations they need to perform their job duties.
