$25 co-pay per outpatient appointment. 

Clinical Referral Line 1-877-7-NYSHIP (1-877-769-7447) and press or say 3 for the MHSU Program, then choose option 3 for enrollee and option 3 again for the Clinical Referral Line. 

The Clinical Referral Line is staffed by highly trained and experienced mental health and substance use treatment experts who can help you find a quality, in-network provider currently accepting patients. The Clinical Referral Line is confidential and available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.  

Talkspace
Talkspace provides virtual online therapy with a provider via private message and/or live video. Using the QuickMatch process, you can find therapists specializing in stress, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance use, identity struggles, trauma, grief and more. Therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists are available through Talkspace to meet your needs. 
$25 co-pay per appointment.  

LiveHealth Online
Virtual Behavioral Health Visits 
No copayment.  
Access LiveHealth Online from NYSHIP Online by selecting the Hospital Program/Anthem Blue Cross from the list of insurance programs. You will need your Empire Plan ID number to register for LiveHealth Online. 

No copayment for mental health and substance use care (inpatient or outpatient).
