The Tinman offers three types of races: Triathlon (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.7 mile run), Sprint (0.6 mile swim, 18.6 mile bike, 6.2 mike run), and a Team Relay (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.7 mile run).
Capital/Saratoga Region
Capital District Triathlon Club
Organized in 1993, the Capital District Triathlon Club (CDTC) membership comprises approximately 300 men and women from the New York State Capital District region, as well as members from Columbia and Saratoga Counties, Southern Vermont, and Western Massachusetts.
Established in May of 2007, the Saratoga Triathlon Club is comprised of multi-sport athletes who reside in the greater Saratoga Springs area of upstate NY.

Club membership interests represent full & half Ironman, Olympic, Sprint, Duathlon racing and training, as well as members who just enjoy swimming, biking, or running, and everything in between.
The Ionraic Triathlon Club (ITC) provides a safe, fun, avenue for members to socialize while training for triathlons.
