Request for Proposals for Third Party Administration of NYS-Ride, a Qualified Transportation Fringe Benefit

Description:  The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to secure the services of a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) of NYS-Ride, a qualified transportation fringe benefit (QTB) authorized by Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 132(f). The New York State Office of Employee Relations (OER) will provide oversight. Designated contacts for this procurement are Kasey Currier and Brett Reish. Prospective bidders are directed to read OER's Policy and Guidelines for Implementing the New York State Procurement Lobbying Law, Sections 139-j and 139-k of the New York State Finance Law.
