WellNYS Everyday is a wellness initiative dedicated to educating, engaging, and empowering New York State employees and their families, by encouraging participation in healthy behaviors. The vision is to increase the number of State employees who choose to eat healthier and become more physically active.
Sign Up WellNYS Daily To-Do Emails
State employees and their family may sign up to receive a daily email that has a WellNYS Daily To-Do message. The messages provide creative suggestions, interesting facts, or inspiring quotes that recipients may practice. Recipients may unsubscribe at any time.
